SOA People strengthens its sales efforts in Jutland and the Nordic region with the appointment of Ivan Juhl Nielsen as Senior Sales Executive
Ivan is based at SOA People Denmark’s new location on Øen in Aarhus and returns to SOA People after a seven-year absence – now with even more experience from both SAP and other SAP partners.
“It feels like returning home – and at the same time stepping into something new. Today, SOA People has developed into a power centre within SAP with a unique professionalism and interdisciplinarity that enables us to help customers far beyond the classic system implementation,” says Ivan Juhl Nielsen.
“It’s not enough to implement a platform – we need to ensure real business value. And here SOA People is in a strong position with both local understanding and an international hinterland of SAP specialists and 25 years of SAP experience.”
Based in Aarhus, Ivan will help manifest SOA People’s presence in Jutland and support the company’s Nordic growth strategy.
A customer ambassador
Ivan will play a key role in developing the market in Denmark and the Nordics. He is particularly looking forward to creating close partnerships with customers – and facilitating the right people meeting at the right time: “My role is not just classic sales. I see myself as a customer ambassador, bridging the gap between the customer’s business goals and our professional competencies. It’s about creating transformation together – and supporting the customer’s strategy with the right SAP solutions.”
Professionalism and community
It was no coincidence that Ivan was chosen, emphasises Karina Vittrup, Chief Commercial Officer at SOA People Denmark:
“Ivan is an experienced and versatile SAP professional with a strong business understanding and the ability to navigate complex customer situations. He can talk to both IT and C-level – and is able to translate needs into solutions. This is exactly the type of profile we need as we take SOA People further in Denmark and the Nordic region.”
She also emphasises Ivan’s ability to play well with colleagues and his cultural understanding of SOA People’s DNA:
“We have undergone significant development in recent years, but have retained our humanity and strong professional culture. Ivan understands and shares that culture – and with his energy and approach, he fits in perfectly.”
”It’s extremely motivating to be part of an organisation with a clear Nordic ambition – linked to a strong pan-European setup. It provides both direction and the opportunity to grow together with our customers. I look forward to helping set new standards for how we create value with SAP – not just in Denmark, but throughout the Nordic region,” says Ivan Juhl Nielsen.”
