What is the SOA People Academy?
The program begins with six intensive weeks abroad, where you will be trained in SAP and other disciplines that are important for becoming a successful consultant. The first part of the program takes place at the SOA People Academy and includes some weekends.

After the academy
After the introductory period, you will work as a consultant on our customer projects. You will be assigned a mentor and follow a training plan. This is a full-time position based at our office in Copenhagen or Aarhus – whichever suits you best. We have a unique company culture with a focus on personal development with continuous training. Are we a match?
We attach great importance to your skills and personality. You should be interested in project work at customer sites and have good business acumen. It is also important that you are proactive and can work independently with task solutions, including planning and managing your own project activities in collaboration with the project team.
Ideally, you have/are:
- Have completed or are completing your bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering or similar
- Have good business understanding and may already be familiar with accounting and financial processes in particular
- Analytical and result-oriented
- Have a basic knowledge and interest in logistics and financial processes
- Proactive and able to work independently to solve tasks
- Can communicate at a professional level both written and verbally in Danish and English

- There we 20 consultants in the 1st academy which was a logistics academy in 2007
- Biggest academy we did was with 48 academicians
- Smallest academy we did was 9 academicians
- We have on average 31% females in the mix
- We are now about to run Academy 55 for Supply Chain Management and 56 for Finance
- We run 4 academies each year, one on Q1 and one in Q3, always doing 2 at the same time for Supply Chain Management and Finance
